Silva Coffee Roasters

Roasting out of the Yarra Valley, Silva sources single-origin lots from Brazil, Kenya, Ethiopia and Timor — the last through a tree-sponsorship program that ties customers directly to production. The café bar sits alongside the roastery; online, beans ship nationally. The Kenya Kikuyu and Brazil Donas do Cafe (female producers only) are the shelves worth lingering on.
