A small-batch roastery near Fremantle, run by Justin and Irene, who buy coffee in micro-lots and rotate the line-up constantly. The roasting is minimal and deliberate, meant to honour the grower's work rather than stamp a house style over it. Justin roasts each batch by hand, and Irene foils every bag herself on an antique John T Marshall hot-foil press with a custom emboss block.
