Single O has been roasting on Reservoir Street since 2003 — the original site of one of Australia's foundational specialty roasters, still the café where staff peak on the Reservoir blend and four rotating single origins. Next door is Sideshow, their specialty brew bar and the birthplace of the Juggler Café Milk Tap System. Open seven days, with a seasonal breakfast and lunch menu alongside the cups.
