A Kingston roastery and Salamanca Market stall founded in 2018 by a Hobart family. The range is small — two blends (Naughty Nathan, Sammy's Secret), Peruvian and Ethiopian single origins, a Brazilian decaf — roasted every Thursday with the roast date printed on every bag. The Saturday stall at Site 124 pours cold brew, nitro cold brew, and hot filter coffee alongside bean sales, rotating the single origin weekly. Part of every sale goes to the Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal: more than $15,000 contributed so far. Roastery tours by booking at the Kingston site.
