Cult Logic Coffee

A micro-roastery that has poured its own coffee on Collins Street since opening a café there in October 2025. The roasting goes back more than a decade; the café is the new part, working as a shopfront for the roaster, with single origins rotating weekly and the producer named alongside each one. Espresso and filter are both made to order, alongside a short breakfast-and-lunch menu and a few sweet things. Beans and subscriptions ship from the website. Open seven days.
